About these terms
These terms apply to your use of browsecartproduct.com and any order you place with Browse Cart Product, 961 16th Ave SW, Naples, FL 34117, USA. By using the site you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by emailing a secure payment link. The contract is formed when payment is received. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error.
Prices and promotions
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay. The BROWSE10 code gives 10% off eligible items, cannot be combined with other codes and excludes gift cards.
Shipping
Standard shipping is $5.45 and free on orders over $54 after discounts. Express shipping is $13.45. Delivery times are estimates.
Digital products
Gift cards, courses and software are delivered by email and are subject to the issuer's own terms. Codes cannot be returned once sent.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Health-related products are not a substitute for medical advice; check with your doctor before use.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
